We are seeking a Mid-Level Brand Marketing Designer who possesses a unique combination of strong visual design expertise and a strategic marketing perspective. This individual will be essential in bringing the Kikoff brand to life across various platforms, including email, paid media, social channels, website, and product interfaces. This role is perfect for a designer who not only creates outstanding visuals but also understands the rationale behind their effectiveness—someone who can translate branding and marketing objectives into captivating visual narratives that resonate across channels.
You will work closely with our Senior Designer, copywriters, marketers, and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to develop high-impact, on-brand creative assets that enhance engagement, build awareness, and drive results.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in our San Francisco headquarters, complete with benefits and equity in a dynamic environment that fosters personal growth and career advancement as we strive to create a superior credit ecosystem for our customers. Currently, our Creative team meets in the SF office 3-4 times a week.

Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance the visual representation and evolution of the Kikoff Brand.
Participate actively in shaping creative strategies and contribute to campaign ideation and concept development to meet business objectives.
Create engaging creative assets across diverse channels—Lifecycle, Product Marketing, Brand, Website, and Social Media.
Develop and refine visual systems that align with Kikoff’s brand guidelines and help establish our design language across various touchpoints.
Produce static and motion assets for campaigns, advertisements, and content (including short-form animations, product demonstrations, UI flows, etc.).
Utilize AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Figma plugins, etc.) to ideate, prototype, and streamline design workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, test, and quickly refine creative concepts.
