Your Role:
Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute brand partnership strategies aligned with Headspace's business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize partnership categories—such as lifestyle, entertainment, media, and consumer brands—to enhance Headspace's cultural relevance and audience reach.
- Create frameworks for assessing partnership opportunities based on brand impact, audience growth, and ROI.
- Stay informed about market and cultural trends to reveal new collaboration prospects.
Partnership Development & Execution
- Lead the complete partnership development process from sourcing and pitching to structuring and negotiating.
- Collaborate with partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns, co-branded content, and experiential activations that communicate shared brand narratives.
- Work with internal teams to bring partnerships to fruition across various channels (e.g., app integrations, digital campaigns, social storytelling, PR, and experiential events).
- Create scalable playbooks to streamline partnership execution, ensure cross-functional collaboration, and establish performance-tracking frameworks to assess impact and optimize results.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure successful deal execution.
Relationship Management
- Build and manage a portfolio of vital brand and media partners to foster long-term success and mutual value.
- Develop executive-level relationships with partner organizations, acting as the Headspace ambassador in partnership discussions.
- Monitor performance and provide partnership insights and results to senior leadership.
Internal Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand partnerships align with wider marketing strategies and business goals.
