We’re Looking For A(n): Brand Site Optimization Specialist
What You’ll Be Doing: You will spearhead the strategy and execution of brand site testing and optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing user engagement, minimizing friction, and boosting conversion rates. You will take ownership of the experimentation roadmap, identify improvement opportunities, develop test briefs, analyze performance metrics, and translate insights into actionable site enhancements.
- Own the comprehensive A/B testing roadmap, including hypothesis creation, test briefs, prioritization, and implementation recommendations.
- Analyze site performance across essential KPIs (CVR, AOV, engagement, subscription opt-in, bounce rate) and convert insights into actionable optimization strategies.
- Become the subject matter expert on brand site behavior, customer journeys, subscription management processes, and potential friction points.
- Monitor testing performance, analyze key KPIs, and distill results into clear insights.
- Collaborate with CX, tech, creative teams, and leadership to pinpoint opportunities for site enhancements across homepage, product detail pages (PDPs), navigation, subscription management, and checkout processes.
