Join NBCUniversal's Bravo Development team as a Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in fostering brand partnerships. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and execution of compelling sales marketing materials, the creation of innovative proposals, and the management of cross-platform activations. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the Bravo Development team, you will ensure the smooth execution of projects while collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Marketing Materials Development:
- Contribute to the creation of multifaceted sales resources, including show one-sheets and customized marketing opportunities.
- Collaborate on RFPs and marketing requests, ensuring alignment with internal groups such as Sales, Creative Teams, and Legal.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to design innovative multi-platform brand initiatives, gaining insights into Bravo's programming.
- Lead discussions to develop small to medium complexity digital and social-first programs.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the delivery of small to medium complexity projects, ensuring flawless execution of paid social campaigns and in-show promotions.
- Coordinate closely with production teams regarding branded materials and maintain updated production timelines.
- Manage post-sale processes including recap presentations and program activation tracking.
Market Insights and Team Support:
- Facilitate team organization, including meeting agendas and tracking systems updates.
- Handle invoicing and collaborate with Ad Sales Finance on billing for show partnerships.
- Assist in the development of contracts such as Brand Integration Agreements with Legal.
