Join LaBella Associates’ Environmental Division as a Building Asset Management Operations Lead Clerk (BAM Ops) at our client's office in Binghamton, NY. In this role, you will be a crucial part of a team dedicated to delivering tailored management services for long-term operations and capital initiatives. Our project teams blend business consulting, project management, financial oversight, and administrative support, ensuring high standards in facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create purchase requisitions and orders, manage data in SAP, and generate reports for Avangrid Facilities properties.
- Ensure that facilities data is accurate and maintained for the benefit of tenants, employees, and visitors.
- Collaborate with the Building Asset Management Senior Manager for New York Building Operations & Projects.
- Assist Facility Project Managers and Senior Managers in managing property purchasing effectively.
- Prepare and coordinate purchase orders related to the properties' interior and exterior conditions.
- Fulfill work order requests promptly to meet the satisfaction of the requesting personnel.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies.
- Complete monthly reporting updates as directed by the Supervisor.
- Maintain vendor information in SAP’s Master Data Governance (MDG) system.
- Collaborate with the Supervisor to establish annual budgets for utilities and respond to data requests from the Facilities Control Group.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and health and safety standards as required in SAP.
