The Zero Bond Bus Person plays a vital role in ensuring the dining room maintains a seamless flow and pristine cleanliness. This position involves assisting servers by clearing and resetting tables, carrying trays, and managing ongoing table maintenance, which includes water and beverage service, executed in a calm, efficient, and organized manner. All responsibilities must align with the established departmental and property policies, procedures, and techniques outlined in the service manual.
Key Responsibilities
- Set dining tables with linens, silverware, and glassware, adhering to service standards.
- Polish and maintain glassware, silverware, and flatware.
- Restock utensils, napkins, glassware, flatware, and other supplies throughout service.
- Work in coordination with servers to provide initial water service and assist with serving non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee and teas.
- Clear and reset tables while maintaining silent service standards during and after service.
- Assist with pre-bussing, table maintenance, and ensuring all markings are complete.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency and attentiveness.
- Help move tables, chairs, and furniture as required to align with floor plans.
- Complete all opening, running, and closing side work, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Uphold Clark County Health Department standards for sanitation and food safety.
- Maintain professionalism, composure, and a positive demeanor at all times.
- Deliver a consistent and elevated member experience, whether dining in the restaurant or enjoying the lounge atmosphere.
- Attend all necessary training sessions and pre-shift briefings to stay updated on daily priorities and new offerings.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management to support seamless service operations.
