As a Business Analysis Manager, you will spearhead high-impact projects and provide in-depth business analysis to drive omnichannel retail growth. This role uniquely integrates PMO expertise, commercial acumen, and effective storytelling techniques to empower leadership with actionable insights and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Program Management
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives, including new concept launches, pricing strategies, product development, and category optimizations, ensuring alignment with commercial and financial objectives.
- Create and monitor comprehensive project plans, budgets, and KPIs; proactively identify potential risks, manage dependencies, and present mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among commercial, operations, technology, finance, and legal teams to consolidate plans, address challenges, and maintain visibility on progress.
- Prepare and deliver updates to leadership and SteerCo, supported by data-driven insights, while highlighting risks and proposing necessary corrective actions.
Business Analysis & Insights
- Perform thorough analyses across sales, margins, pricing, product assortments, promotions, customer segments, and marketing initiatives to uncover growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Design reporting frameworks and dashboards utilizing Power BI, SQL, and Excel to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Lead weekly business reviews with category managers to pinpoint performance gaps, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective measures.
- Develop business cases and scenario models to aid in investment decisions and growth strategies.
Process & Change Management
- Redesign and optimize commercial processes in collaboration with technology and category teams to enhance efficiency and minimize cycle times.
- Standardize governance tools and templates (such as charters, BRDs, RACIs, SOPs) to ensure consistent project execution.
- Support the adoption of new tools and processes through workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
- Create clear and impactful management presentations featuring data-driven insights and practical recommendations.
