Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of briefings, agendas, and general documentation support, including training materials and demonstration sessions for various stakeholders on new and existing technologies.
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements to ensure accurate translation into process maps and technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive documentation that adheres to organizational standards, encompassing system architectural diagrams, concepts of operations, and monthly status reports.
- Prepare high-level briefings and communication materials for customers, management, and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with government representatives and team members to identify, recommend, and implement improvements in service delivery and technology utilization.
- Assess program materials and devise innovative strategies for enhancement.
- Independently gather insights from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and draft procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Microsoft and Atlassian products (Teams, SharePoint, Visio, Jira, Confluence) to convert complex information into clear, engaging content.
- Conduct research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content as necessary.
