ROLE OVERVIEW
LendingTree is on the lookout for a passionate Business Analyst to join our rapidly expanding Media & Publisher division. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to deliver actionable insights that drive business success, while collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
As a Business Analyst, you'll take ownership of analytical projects within a specified business domain. You will identify challenges, gather and analyze relevant data, and convert your findings into strategic insights that promote measurable outcomes. You will work in tandem with the Media/Publisher team to enhance campaign effectiveness, support innovative experimentation, and evolve reporting mechanisms as our business evolves.
This role is aligned with LendingTree’s Business Analyst career track, emphasizing analytics delivery, strategic partnership, and technical proficiency in SQL/Snowflake.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Analytics & Insights Delivery
- Generate data-driven insights through meticulously organized analyses, compelling dashboards, and insightful visualizations.
- Detect patterns, trends, and anomalies in campaign performance, translating those insights into actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate business scenarios, define analytical challenges, and identify the right data and methodologies to address them.
Media & Publisher Business Support
- Act as the go-to analytics partner for the Media/Publisher team, guiding daily decision-making and strategic projects.
- Perform comprehensive audits of past and current campaigns to pinpoint optimization opportunities and areas of inefficiency.
- Support strategic publisher relationships by providing continuous performance analysis and actionable insights.
