About Us
We are Foodics, a pioneering restaurant management ecosystem and payment technology provider established in 2014, headquartered in Riyadh with operations across five countries, including UAE, Egypt, Jordan, and Kuwait. We proudly serve clients and partners in over 35 countries globally, having processed more than 6 billion (yes, billion with a B) orders! This remarkable growth positions Foodics as one of the fastest-evolving SaaS companies in the MENA region. With three rounds of funding, the latest raising an impressive $170 million in the largest SaaS funding round in MENA, we are enhancing our innovation capabilities to better serve business owners. Our micro-lending division, “Foodics Capital,” is dedicated to transforming SME lending by providing faster and more flexible loan options for small food and beverage businesses in the region.
Role Overview
As a Business Analyst for Foodics Capital, you will be instrumental in our mission to revolutionize SME lending. We seek a data-driven and commercially savvy individual to provide research, insights, and execution support. You will serve as the analytical backbone of our team—delving into customer needs, conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing performance metrics, and market trends, and influencing product and strategy decisions that ensure product-market fit and long-term success.
Your collaboration with cross-functional teams—Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal—will ensure that every decision is data-informed and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyze both regional and international trends in micro-lending and SME finance, while tracking competitor offerings and regulatory changes to guide internal product enhancements and market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Strategy teams to propose improvements to Foodics Capital based on operational data, research insights, and customer behaviors.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to loan origination, utilization, repayment rates, and customer satisfaction. Generate regular reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in risk assessment processes through merchant analysis and financial evaluations, identifying risks and growth opportunities based on customer segments, usage patterns, and repayment behaviors.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment of operational, financial, and marketing strategies.
