Join our dynamic Retail Banking community within the Finance division as we seek skilled Business Analysts with a deep understanding of retail banking operations (account management, credit granting, banking products, etc.) or specialized financing solutions (leasing, consumer credit, etc.). Candidates should also possess a strong background in information systems (methodologies, regulations, software, processes, and IT systems) and be adept at bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Depending on your profile, you will take on the role of Project Owner / Business Analyst, gathering requirements, drafting functional specifications, and challenging user needs while setting priorities and making recommendations.
- Engage in high-value advisory projects, including process analysis and mapping, managing projects through organizational and technical changes, and enhancing team competencies.
- Oversee the integration of strategic decisions within operational processes or information systems.
- Contribute to the implementation and adaptation of solutions, organizational changes, process initiation and updates, and software integration.
Tasks Include:
- Conducting preliminary studies and feasibility analyses.
- Defining and documenting requirements and banking homologations.
- Assisting in the selection of optimal solutions (both internal and external).
- Developing SI master plans, functional mappings, and formalizing processes.
- Project planning and coordination.
- Facilitating change management and supporting users.
