Your analytical skills will be pivotal in scaling and optimizing the impact of Glovo Prime. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, CRM, and local Growth teams, focusing on transforming Glovo Prime into a key engagement driver with outstanding performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement Glovo Prime’s strategy, including pricing, benefits, and conditions tailored for various countries, ensuring a strong relationship between Loyalty HQ and local markets.
- Design and manage A/B test plans from start to finish, including analysis and communication of results, drawing actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and tools for better visibility of key performance metrics, ensuring they are scalable and continuously updated.
- Analyze data deeply to identify root causes and leverage points for improving KPIs, holding accountability for these metrics.
- Foster collaboration with Product managers, Data analysts, CRM, and local Growth teams in a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
- Drive the continuous growth of Glovo Prime through innovative and creative thinking.
