Role Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Banking Specialist I to join our Deposit team! In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to our commercial clients in a creative and independent setting. Your primary responsibilities will include facilitating enrollment in business online banking and managing our comprehensive suite of cash management products.
Key Responsibilities:
Open new commercial accounts for clients
Complete necessary documentation for enrollment in commercial products such as online banking, ACH and wire origination, remote and mobile deposit capture, sweep accounts, account analysis, and positive pay.
Troubleshoot client issues, coordinating with internal teams and our core processor to resolve concerns and escalate as needed.
Cross-sell bank services to existing and potential clients.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
