ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Advisor to join our team in Ethiopia. The successful candidate will work closely with entrepreneurs to equip them with the skills necessary for scaling their businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Training (30% of time)
- Oversee training initiatives for incoming refugees and local entrepreneurs within the Business Growth Department.
- Implement training sessions as part of the scheduled classes for Inkomoko entrepreneurs.
- Identify and enroll entrepreneurs into the Inkomoko program.
- Utilize diverse training methodologies, both in-person and online, adapting as necessary.
- Create and revise training content to align with entrepreneurs' needs and the unique dynamics of refugee businesses.
- Compile training reports and maintain updated online documentation.
- Engage with entrepreneurs to ensure high attendance rates.
- Coordinate with the Training Support Associate to ensure logistical efficiency.
- Participate in capacity-building workshops.
