Your Impact
This position offers cross-functional support to facilitate a cohesive business management approach throughout the organization. Primarily based in the office, the Business Development Associate aids the Department Head and Business Development Officers (BDOs) with daily tasks while overseeing the CRM system as the regional administrator and leading a team of super-users, providing training and guidance. The Associate guarantees that all business information is accurate, current, and efficiently processed in the CRM system, supporting opportunity identification, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
CRM System Management
Creating and removing Projects, Accounts, and Contacts within the system.
Updating information from both internal and external sources.
Regularly cleaning and modifying the system to enhance usability.
Managing CRM users and access, acting as the regional administrator, and leading 3-5 super-users.
Delivering presentations and training sessions on system usage.
Coordinating and implementing Group CRM policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head Office.
Support for Business Development Activities
Processing and organizing information from Business Development Officers in the CRM system.
Assisting in venture assessments and opportunity evaluations for management decisions.
Conducting data mining for potential opportunities and market prospects.
Facilitating the early identification of strategic, focus, short-term, and long-term prospects.
Assisting in data analysis, dashboard creation, and business forecasting.
Supporting the Client Centricity initiative.
Business Reporting
Generating monthly reports for the board and management.
Updating dashboards for meetings and analyses.
Creating trend reports based on market and internal CRM data.
Administrative Support
Drafting formal correspondence, including Confidentiality Agreements and Expressions of Interest.
Assisting with document management, including signatures and submissions.
Supporting the coordination of both internal and external meetings.
