This pivotal role is essential for driving growth and forging robust partnerships with clients seeking exceptional manpower solutions, including local manpower, outsourcing, and vendor registration management for government, semi-government, and private sectors. The Business Development Executive will spearhead strategic planning, pinpoint new business opportunities, and expand our client base while ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee trading activities related to equipment supply, such as bulldozers, cranes, excavators, and other vital machinery, while managing vendor registration for both local and overseas manpower.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement successful business development strategies to meet sales goals in the manpower division.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, thoroughly understanding their manpower requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead the creation and presentation of persuasive proposals to potential clients.

- Collaborate effectively with recruitment and operations teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.

- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and oversee junior business development staff within the division.
