As a key member of our team, the Business Development Executive (internally known as Home Care Acquisition Manager) plays a crucial role in expanding our network of home care agencies. Based in Tucson, AZ, this position focuses on securing high-value partnerships that are essential for meeting our referral needs across various markets.
Your primary responsibility will involve reaching out to targeted home care agencies, delivering customized sales presentations that highlight the immediate benefits of joining the A Place for Mom network. Collaboration with our Onboarding Specialists, Success Managers, and Care Advisors will be vital to ensure seamless integration and success for our new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple geographical markets, identifying and signing high-potential home care agencies through cold calling and strategic prospecting.
Educate prospective agencies about the value of A Place for Mom, setting clear expectations for their experience with our referral programs.
Facilitate the signing of new agencies that meet our customer qualifications and regulatory standards, managing the complete sales cycle to close deals.
Achieve or surpass weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly sales objectives.
Support the successful transition of new agencies by gathering necessary information for agreements and connecting them with the onboarding team.
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities and communications within our CRM system.
Communicate regularly with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions, preparing reports on weekly progress and goal achievements.
Travel may be required on occasion.
