Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients within target markets and perform thorough research on their business and technical requirements.
- Qualify and quantify business opportunities, driving leads from generation to closure.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Draft and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate records of business opportunities in TransPerfect’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
- Generate and manage lucrative business deals, focusing on high-value opportunities.
- Track and report on KPIs, providing updates on account progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and support marketing initiatives through case studies and social media.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily update reports.
- Contribute to building overall plans and budgets, ensuring the financial health of client engagements.
- Manage stakeholder communications for owned business accounts.
- Assist in training and the adoption of technologies and services within internal and client teams.
