As a Business Development Manager within our AI Solutions group (DataForce), you will spearhead the creation of new business relationships and serve as a strategic partner for our customers. DataForce is a dynamic and expanding service that provides high-quality data for Human-Machine Interaction to renowned technology firms worldwide. Our focus is on collecting, enhancing, and processing training data for Machine Learning across various AI domains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in targeted markets and conduct thorough research on their business and technical needs.
- Qualify and quantify opportunities to drive business growth.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Gain deep insights into client business and technical requirements.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and services while staying updated on industry trends.
- Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM system to track business opportunities.
- Coordinate with production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
- Generate and oversee high-value profitable business deals.
- Monitor, track, and manage KPIs, providing internal and client-facing status reports.
- Participate in tradeshows, contributing to marketing efforts through case studies and social media.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily updates.
- Assist in budget planning and adherence, ensuring the financial health of client engagements.
- Manage stakeholder communications regarding business accounts.
- Support the training and adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
