Core Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients within the target market to understand their business and technical requirements.
• Qualify and quantify business opportunities to drive growth.
• Lead opportunities from inception through to successful closure.
• Ensure client success and satisfaction throughout the engagement.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans.
• Stay informed as a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and industry trends.
• Monitor business opportunities using TransPerfect’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with production and tech teams across various time zones and cultures.
• Manage high-value, profitable business deals effectively.
• Track and report on KPIs, providing updates on account health, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in trade shows and enhance marketing efforts through case studies and social media engagement.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and status updates consistently.
• Oversee client budgets, ensuring financial health and operational efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding owned accounts.
• Assist in technology training and service adoption for internal and client teams.
