To further our ambitious growth strategy, we are enhancing our commercial team and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by:
- Building and nurturing a qualified sales pipeline targeting private banks, asset managers, and family offices.
- Leading the entire sales cycle from lead generation through to contract signing.
- Establishing strategic partnerships to facilitate market access and enhance deal flow via networking, events, outreach, and referrals.
- Coordinating responses to RFIs/RFPs and crafting tailored proposals.
- Contributing significantly to Finartis' go-to-market strategy.
- Identifying new markets and growth opportunities.
This role operates within a collaborative sales framework, where you will lead opportunities while closely collaborating with Pre-Sales & Product Experts and management.
Profile Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B software sales (WealthTech / FinTech preferred).
- Demonstrated capability in managing complex and lengthy sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen and adept negotiation skills.
- Ability to structure opportunities and propel deals to closure.
- Proficiency in building relationships with C-level stakeholders.
- Experience in partner development is advantageous.
- Structured, disciplined, and results-focused approach.
