The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing, activating, and sustaining strategic alliances with real estate brokerage partners both locally and internationally. This position is dedicated to driving indirect sales performance, fostering broker loyalty, and guaranteeing continuous engagement and education across all partner networks to meet the company's sales objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Broker Network Expansion: Identify, onboard, and cultivate relationships with new brokerage partners in strategic markets.
- Activation & Engagement: Organize and execute broker meetings, events, roadshows, and training sessions to boost awareness and motivation.
- Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance, maintain broker activity dashboards, and implement structured incentive programs.
- Communication & Support: Act as the primary liaison between brokers and internal sales/marketing teams, ensuring timely updates on inventory, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams to streamline partner communication, payout processes, and reporting.
- Digital Enablement: Encourage the use of broker portals, CRM access, and digital tools for deal submissions, inventory checks, and lead tracking.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all broker registrations, NDAs, and agreements are current and correctly documented.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly and quarterly broker-driven sales volume.
- Number of active brokers and repeat contributors.
- Event ROI – conversion ratio from activated brokers to actual deals.
- Broker satisfaction and retention scores.
- Timeliness of reporting and communication efficiency.
