Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager for Brand Partnerships at ClassPass, you will play a crucial role in our mission to enhance access to self-care. You will identify and secure strategic partnerships with aligned brands, enabling them to offer ClassPass trials to their customers, thus broadening our reach and driving growth through impactful collaborations. This mid-level position demands a blend of strategic insight and persuasive negotiation skills to drive growth and rapid scaling.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new brand partnerships across various sectors, including retail, wellness, lifestyle, food and beverage, travel, and technology.
- Oversee the entire sales process from outreach and negotiation to contract finalization.
- Collaborate with Legal and Marketing teams to develop and execute customized partnership activations.
- Analyze and report on partnership performance, utilizing data to present insights on campaign results such as customer acquisition, cost per acquisition (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV), along with indirect impacts like brand awareness.
- Monitor performance metrics, forecast growth, and develop monthly projections while identifying trends, opportunities, or risks related to acquisition and conversion goals.
- Act as a representative for ClassPass, building external relationships with potential partners to facilitate scalable growth.
