We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager (m/w/d) with proven experience in the coffee industry. You will confidently navigate market analysis, strategy formulation, concept development, and operational execution while maintaining a holistic perspective.
As our Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying market opportunities within the private label business, B2B, and brand environments, then developing sustainable product and business concepts. Analyze competition, trends, and product ranges to derive actionable strategic decisions.
Creating business plans in close collaboration with management, sales, marketing, product development, quality management, and operations.
As an experienced project manager, you will coordinate all internal and external steps from concept to market-ready product, working closely with our sales teams in private label, B2B, and brand areas to actively drive projects forward.
Managing our portfolio with a business-oriented perspective and market insight, combining data analysis with pragmatism, and connecting strategy with execution strength while facilitating collaboration between CPE, production, packaging development, and sales.
Building sustainable networks and developing strategic alliances.
Leading and evolving the product and project management function.
