Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop call cycles, and thoroughly qualify leads and sales prospects.Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of new business opportunities while managing ongoing prospects.Execute an exceptional sales process from lead generation through onboarding, with management support for complex opportunities.Possess a comprehensive understanding of the efm operating model to deliver tailored solutions to prospective customers.Assist in the onboarding process of new customers to ensure a seamless transition.Collaborate effectively across various departments and stakeholders.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in a similar sales role within Logistics and Supply Chain Management.A genuine passion for sales and a curiosity about business models, processes, and workflows.Experience in a fast-paced and complex business environment.Demonstrated success in sales with a proven track record of meeting KPI targets.Ability to work autonomously and engage in various aspects of the business.Self-motivated and committed to achieving results.
