About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding the Australian market. This is a high-impact sales position focused on acquiring independent hotels and regional groups throughout Australia.
As one of Sadie’s initial team members in Australia, you will have full ownership of the territory and direct access to senior leadership. This role is perfect for individuals with prior experience selling hospitality SaaS who are eager to play a pivotal role in scaling a new, high-ROI product category.
Australia represents a key growth area for Sadie, and this position will be instrumental in shaping our long-term go-to-market strategy across ANZ.
What You'll Do
- Own and expand the Australian market:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting independent hotels and regional groups. - Drive new business:
Identify and qualify new opportunities through proactive outreach, inbound leads, and industry connections. - Manage deals from start to finish:
Maintain a robust pipeline in HubSpot, accurately forecast and progress deals, and collaborate with leadership on pricing and commercial strategies. - Be the voice of the market:
Collect valuable feedback from prospects and customers to inform product development and positioning, and represent Sadie at hospitality events across Australia.
