Join us as a Business Development Manager where you will spearhead the business development journey, from identifying new opportunities to validating and closing deals. Your role will be pivotal in maximizing our success rate by managing and nurturing prospects effectively. You will enhance our current and future customer base while ensuring feasibility across our global intake process. In collaboration with our Marketing & Communications team, you will actively promote the OMP offering and increase brand awareness by highlighting the unique advantages of Unison Planning™.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the entire prospect pipeline, including tracking, validating leads, and closing deals.
- Identifying and mapping key stakeholders within prospective organizations and partnership alliances.
- Fostering strong relationships with potential buyers and contacts within their organizations.
- Crafting tailored offers and providing essential pre-sales information while aligning with multi-year strategies in close cooperation with Business Development and other specialists.
- Educating prospective clients about OMP’s compelling value proposition in an engaging and cohesive manner.
- Effectively addressing concerns, inquiries, and challenges from prospective clients, including those who may be unresponsive.
- Representing OMP at industry-related commercial and networking events to enhance visibility.
- Understanding how OMP’s products and services can deliver value across various business sectors.
- Managing our CRM system to ensure effective follow-up on accounts.
