Our thriving Commercial Division is looking to hire 2 junior and 2 senior Business Development Managers. You will operate in a dynamic, evolving, and rich environment. Your responsibilities will include promoting the sale of the company's products and services to private accounts in your region:
Business Relationship Development
Promote Nomios to existing clients.
Establish a commercial strategy for each account managed directly.
Develop a portfolio of new clients not previously engaged with Nomios.
Maintain strong relationships with Nomios' approved suppliers (wholesalers, manufacturers, publishers, etc.).
Commercial Project Support
Respond to calls for tenders in collaboration with a pre-sales engineer.
Analyze and diagnose client needs.
Identify, in conjunction with the technical department, the most suitable solutions.
Present the chosen solution and advocate for it with the client.
Participate in commercial negotiations.
Ensure ongoing connections with the client and guarantee their satisfaction.
Provide reporting to the client by presenting relevant indicators.
Oversee administrative and financial aspects (follow-ups, invoicing, etc.).
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and profitability of operations.
Technological and Commercial Monitoring
Conduct in-depth technological monitoring within the company's sector.
Monitor and anticipate competitor offerings to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
Keep abreast of potential clients and prospects to detect their needs.
Participate in or attend conferences and trade shows related to the company's field of activity.
