As a vital member of our commercial collections team, you will identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and drive activities to increase volume at TOMRA Collection Depots. This position emphasizes a hands-on, sales-oriented approach with swift sales cycles where your actions lead to results.
Your success will largely depend on establishing long-lasting, trustworthy relationships with a diverse array of customers, partners, local governments, charities, and community groups. You will help them recognize the value of our services and ensure their continued engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business leads through cold calling, setting appointments, and closing opportunities.
- Identify and target focus areas for growth.
- Meet and exceed set sales KPIs.
- Document all sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in the TOMRA CRM system.
- Provide regular progress reports to the Sales Team Manager.
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders effectively and professionally, keeping them informed about all opportunities.
- Proactively seek and lead the conversion of strategic business development and commercial opportunities to achieve our business objectives.
- Contribute to and implement the TOMRA CDS prospecting and engagement strategy to optimize a healthy opportunity pipeline.
- Assess customer needs and foster productive, long-term relationships.
- Ensure that commercial terms align with business and operational goals.
- Enhance TOMRA’s profile in NSW through networking and relationship-building.
- Adhere to TOMRA’s SAFE Standards and Guidelines.
