The Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and entrepreneurial Sales Professional (m/w/d) who will independently develop and manage a pipeline of real estate investment contacts, guiding them through to successful closure. This position reports directly to the Sales Director and plays a critical role in revenue and pipeline growth through the establishment and maintenance of enduring relationships with property owners.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
- Act as the primary contact for potential clients through a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
- Aim to achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual targets regarding funnel management and closures.
- Self-schedule, direct, and prioritize all sales activities to ensure a healthy pipeline.
- Actively contribute to optimizing acquisition processes (e.g., data mining, CRM structures, marketing strategies).
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and projects that enhance overall business development.
