As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will be pivotal in HubSpot's growth strategy. You will serve as the initial contact for many prospective customers, igniting conversations through strategic outreach, identifying challenges, and qualifying leads. By collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will secure high-quality meetings that positively influence our pipeline, impact, and revenue. Throughout this journey, you will continuously refine your sales skills and gain invaluable exposure to a leading sales organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and execute outbound prospecting efforts through extensive outreach (60-100+ activities daily) via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to pinpoint strategic accounts and enhance outreach strategies.
- Qualify leads based on compatibility, necessity, and urgency, and arrange quality discovery meetings.
- Achieve (and surpass) KPIs for activity, meetings scheduled, and pipeline contributions.
