Your Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Ben, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team that drives our commercial growth. You will play a crucial role in generating interest from potential clients and facilitating meetings for our Account Executives. This position is perfect for individuals eager to embark on a career in tech sales and who excel in a fast-paced start-up culture.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research: Leverage prospecting tools to identify, target, and qualify potential clients that align with Ben's ideal customer profile.
Customer Engagement: Implement outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate leads in our target markets while continuously refining outreach strategies.
Customer Development: Understand client needs to gather essential prospect information, ignite interest, and funnel high-quality leads into the sales pipeline, scheduling meetings and demos for the broader team.
Performance Delivery: Aim for both individual and team goals, diligently working towards monthly targets and KPIs.
What We Seek
Experience: 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, with SaaS/start-up experience being a distinct advantage.
Organizational Skills: You will manage your sales pipeline and KPIs, necessitating strong prioritization and time management abilities.
Motivation: You should have a strong desire to achieve and surpass weekly and monthly KPIs, demonstrating initiative and a preference for a fast-paced environment.
Sales Passion: A genuine interest in helping individuals find the right solutions, coupled with a proactive approach to deepening your understanding of our products and market trends.
