This position is part of the GYC (Get Your Car) Advertising team, a dynamic commercial unit dedicated to expanding carwow's Used and New Car Advertising sectors.
These two markets present varying challenges:
New Car Advertising is well-established, exhibiting superior performance with a strong market presence and minimal competition.
Used Car Advertising is a burgeoning field—competitive, rapidly evolving, and still in the validation phase.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will lay the groundwork for this business by generating a high-quality outbound pipeline, shaping our approach to dealers, and defining the standards for success from the ground up.
YOUR MISSION
Your primary goal is to develop a qualified pipeline through cold outbound outreach, initially targeting Used Car Advertising, to empower the sales team for success.
This role focuses on creating opportunities rather than closing deals or managing warm leads.
It demands discipline, resilience, and a dedication to learning—building a solid sales foundation in a fast-paced, accountable setting.
