Job Purpose
The Business Development Representative is pivotal in our organization, acting as the primary liaison and relationship steward for our key clients. This role focuses on cultivating and sustaining robust, long-term partnerships with our major clients and the Architectural & Design community, ensuring client satisfaction while driving business expansion. The representative will collaborate with various internal teams to assess client needs, propose customized solutions, and implement strategies that meet both the client's and the organization’s goals.
A glimpse of your daily mission
Prepare and execute a strategic prospecting and sales plan, while building strong relationships with accounts and the Architectural & Design community within designated territories.
Manage a diverse portfolio of key accounts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, consistently evaluating market requirements.
Track sales figures, margins, and costs, comparing them to targets and adjusting strategies as necessary.
Engage in business development by identifying market needs related to new products and applications, translating them into development opportunities, and scouting for new customers.
Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate commercial proposals.
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; proficiency in Spanish is a bonus.
Familiarity with CAD software is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development.
Prior experience in Sales, ideally within the Office Furniture, Decoration, Design, or a closely related sector.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
