JOB POSITION SUMMARY
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Konecranes, you play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with our existing clientele. Your primary focus will be on renewing service agreements while conducting comprehensive evaluations of our service collaboration, assessing progress, gathering feedback, and documenting value delivered.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing tailored information for their individual requirements.
• Analyze crane usage through remote monitoring statistics, operating environments, duty classifications, and compliance with local regulations, while collaboratively discussing recommendations with customers.
• Assist local service branches in the renewal of service agreements.
• Recommend suitable service agreements that align with usage, environmental factors, manufacturer guidelines, and regulations to enhance customer retention.
• Collaborate closely with local branches to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective service agreement fulfillment.
• Relay critical customer insights from the renewal process to local service branches.
• Log daily activities in customer relationship management tools by documenting calls, emails, and customer interactions during the retention process.
• Work alongside local branches to boost customer agreement retention, strengthen relationships, expand service scope, and enhance overall profitability and efficiency.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
