About the Role:
As a BDR, your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify sales leads. You'll engage with both inbound and outbound prospects, conduct insightful discovery calls, and nurture relationships to convert them into high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives. This role demands exceptional communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the ability to manage a high activity level while ensuring thoughtful qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Discovery: Engage with inbound leads from various channels, assess their needs and readiness, and document all interactions in our CRM system.
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and target strategic accounts through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo, executing personalized outreach.
- Pipeline Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with early-stage leads, providing tailored content and follow-ups.
- Collaboration with Sales: Schedule meetings for Account Executives and provide comprehensive call notes and opportunity summaries.
- CRM & Data Management: Ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce or HubSpot, tracking lead stages and conversion rates.
- Reporting & Feedback: Report on activity metrics and share valuable insights with the sales and marketing teams.
