This is not your ordinary BDR position — and that is precisely why it stands out. You will function as an extension of our CEO and leadership team, engaging in the market with their voice, insights, and credibility. Your primary focus will be on cultivating authentic relationships with high-value Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts, rather than sending generic templates or pursuing unproductive meetings.
Your responsibilities will include crafting highly personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email, managing executive LinkedIn profiles, and creating impactful touchpoints that genuinely resonate with senior leaders. You will extend invitations to our events and podcasts, conduct intentional follow-ups surrounding key moments, and maintain forward momentum. You will meticulously track what strategies are effective (and which are not), adapt swiftly, and remain focused on the metrics that matter.
