Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ServiceNow, where your motivation and skills will play a crucial role in driving early-stage pipeline growth. In this exciting position, you'll master essential prospecting and outreach techniques that engage buying group members while developing a solid understanding of our innovative solutions.
The BDR actively reaches out to prospective buying groups through organized outreach efforts, qualifying interest in meetings based on established guidelines. You'll meticulously document interactions and seamlessly transition qualified meetings to our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams for opportunity validation. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on leads generated during strategic marketing events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with current and potential clients through phone, email, and social platforms, utilizing approved messaging and qualification criteria.
- Employ basic problem-solving skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Engage consistently with the Global Business Acceleration (GBA) management, Development teams, and GTM teams.
- Enhance brand-approved content with prospective customers to provide a tailored and integrated experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all engagements and follow-ups within ServiceNow’s internal systems for effective reporting and forecasting.
- Participate in development simulations and in-person competitions while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
