Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ServiceNow, where you will play a crucial role in driving early-stage pipeline growth. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn essential prospecting and outreach techniques to engage potential clients effectively.
In this role, you will reach out to prospective buying groups through various channels, qualify their interest based on established criteria, and accurately document interactions to ensure seamless handovers to the Go-To-Market (GTM) team for opportunity validation. You will also follow up on leads generated from strategic marketing events, contributing to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage current and prospective clients through phone, email, and social media, utilizing approved messaging and qualification criteria.
- Employ problem-solving techniques to understand client needs and determine the appropriate next steps.
- Collaborate consistently with the Global Business Acceleration (GBA) management team, Development team, and GTM teams.
- Enhance brand visibility by sharing approved content with potential customers, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Maintain precise documentation of engagement and follow-up activities within ServiceNow's internal systems to facilitate clear reporting and forecasting.
- Participate in development simulations and in-person competitions to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
