About The Role:
We are on the lookout for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to enhance our SMB segment within the DACH region. You will be an integral part of our Go-To-Market team, collaborating with two dedicated team members focusing on SMB accounts to drive and scale our outreach efforts.
Your primary objective will be to build a robust sales pipeline and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. You will work closely with the GTM Lead and Account Executives to ensure a consistent flow of qualified meetings.

What You'll Do:
You will be pivotal in establishing a predictable SMB pipeline. We value autonomy and trust, allowing you to test, iterate, and refine our approach to SMB expansion while being fully accountable for your outcomes.
- Manage your dedicated SMB territory within the DACH region
- Generate new pipeline through high-volume outbound activities
- Implement a structured multi-channel outreach strategy, including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Maintain high activity levels and meet daily outreach targets consistently
- Conduct discovery and qualification calls with SMB prospects
- Pass well-qualified opportunities to Account Executives
- Ensure accurate CRM hygiene and track the pipeline in HubSpot
- Identify small automation improvements to enhance processes
