As a key player in our Business Development Representative (BDR) team at Jitterbit, you will be instrumental in generating excitement about our innovative product offerings among potential customers. The ideal candidate is highly organized and adaptable, focused on building meaningful relationships across all market segments while being confident, articulate, and attuned to the needs of prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Master Jitterbit Tools: In your first month, familiarize yourself with Jitterbit’s processes, including our value proposition, CRM tools, and other necessary resources to effectively engage with prospects.
Convey the Jitterbit Value: Learn and communicate our offerings effectively, ensuring you can articulate how our solutions can accelerate client objectives efficiently and with minimal risk.
Create Tailored Outreach Strategies: Collaborate with the BDR manager and sales team to craft and execute outreach strategies and scripts specific to each prospect.
Drive Sales Performance: Achieve monthly targets for SQLs, contribute to pipeline growth, and work closely with sales and marketing teams.
Proactive Outreach: Conduct weekly outbound calls and emails to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), capturing valuable business opportunities.
