We are an expanding B2B platform dedicated to helping brands connect with ideal partners and solutions to scale efficiently. As we grow across Latin America and beyond, we are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to enhance our client acquisition.
Role Overview:
This role is primarily focused on top-of-funnel outbound activities. You will be tasked with identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients that align with our platform, ultimately converting those engagements into qualified meetings for the sales team. Your success will be assessed based on the quality of the pipeline, consistency in outreach, and the quantity of qualified opportunities generated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new potential clients through various outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.)
- Initiate conversations and effectively communicate the platform's value proposition and use cases
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings or demos with the sales team
- Maintain an accurate and active pipeline within the CRM
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers to tailor outreach
- Meet or exceed outreach, qualification, and meeting-setting targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar sales role (B2B experience is preferred)
- Located in Brazil or Mexico
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus depending on location)
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting and skilled in handling objections
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Experience in selling SaaS, platforms, or marketplace products
- Experience in selling to startups, SMBs, or digital-first businesses
- Understanding of the Latin American markets and business culture
