The Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Solink, you will be integral to our growth strategy by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. We seek a high-performing Mid-Market / Enterprise BDR who excels in complex sales environments and has a proven track record of penetrating larger, multi-location organizations.
Your responsibilities will include strategically targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts through a comprehensive, multi-channel outbound approach, including cold calling, strategic email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and event-driven engagement. Collaborating closely with Marketing, you will also convert inbound demand from webinars, conferences, field events, and paid campaigns into a robust sales pipeline.
