Location: This remote position is ideally suited for candidates located in the Munich area, where the majority of our team members are based. While the role is remote, team members will convene in person periodically.
Who We Are Seeking
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to collaborate with Account Executives in driving pipeline growth by identifying and cultivating new qualified sales opportunities within a designated territory. This role entails managing outbound campaigns alongside account executives, pinpointing decision makers at key accounts, and working to pre-qualify new opportunities while scheduling meetings with potential buyers. As a vital component of our revenue organization, our BDR team will play a crucial role in fueling the next wave of company growth. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in pursuing a sales career, alongside a strong work ethic, self-discipline, and effective time management skills.
