Your Role: As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in propelling our growth by connecting with small to mid-sized companies throughout the ANZ region. Your primary responsibilities will encompass initiating outbound outreach through calls, emails, and various channels to qualify leads, schedule product demonstrations for our Business Development team, and independently close sales. You will also collaborate with our Marketing team on outbound campaigns to significantly influence our market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Execute outbound activities to identify and qualify potential leads for ShiftCare.
- Demo Coordination: Schedule and arrange product demonstrations with our Account Executives.
- Campaign Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team on outbound campaigns to enhance our brand presence.
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture relationships with prospects, utilizing both existing and new connections.
