A day in the life:
This position transcends the conventional BDR role. You will act as an extension of our CEO and leadership team, representing their voice, perspective, and credibility in the market. Your daily activities will concentrate on establishing genuine relationships with high-value ICP accounts, rather than sending generic templates or pursuing unproductive meetings.
Your responsibilities will include crafting personalized outreach via LinkedIn and email, managing executive LinkedIn profiles, and creating meaningful touchpoints that resonate with senior leaders. You will invite suitable attendees to our events and podcasts, follow up with purpose before and after critical moments, and maintain forward momentum. You will closely monitor performance metrics, adapt strategies quickly, and keep your focus on what truly matters.
