A day in the life:
This role transcends the typical Business Development Representative position. You will act as an extension of our CEO and the leadership team, representing their voice, perspective, and credibility in the market. Your primary focus will be on fostering genuine relationships with high-value Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts, rather than sending generic outreach or pursuing unproductive meetings.
You will engage in crafting highly tailored outreach through LinkedIn and email, manage executive LinkedIn profiles, and create meaningful touchpoints that resonate with senior leaders. You will invite the right individuals to our events and podcasts, follow up with purpose before and after pivotal moments, and maintain forward momentum. You will carefully monitor what strategies are effective (and which are not), make swift adjustments, and stay focused on key performance metrics.
