About the Role
This isn’t your typical Business Development Representative position.
As part of the Strategic Accounts team, you will operate within a dynamic startup-like environment inside Connecteam, concentrating on high-impact verticals and brands that drive significant long-term growth. Our small, focused teams cultivate deep expertise and collaborate closely with key brands to foster meaningful adoption and expansion.
In this role, you will experience accelerated learning opportunities, shaping our approach through research and targeting, initiating relationships with complex organizations, and regularly presenting your insights to senior leadership, including the C-suite.

Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing the GTM strategy and pipeline: Take ownership of research, targeting, and prospect lists to determine our prioritized approach.
- Leading outbound efforts for strategic accounts: Execute high-quality outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage the right operators and decision-makers.
- Learning rapidly and diving deep: Collaborate with the Account Executive to analyze each brand’s organizational structure, workflows, and challenges based on authentic conversations with customers, prospects, and ecosystem partners.
- Achieving success: Meet and exceed meeting targets, create initial traction within key brands, and assist your team in building momentum with each sprint.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound business development, sales, or a related field at a SaaS company is preferred.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
