Having recently secured a substantial Series A funding round, our partner is on a trajectory of impressive year-over-year revenue growth. With high customer satisfaction rates, robust inbound demand, and minimal direct competition, the company's go-to-market strategy is scaling at an accelerated pace. The workforce is projected to grow to nearly 100 employees within the next two quarters, necessitating an expansion of the sales organization to meet rising demand.
The Role
We are seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive the next phase of growth. This pivotal role focuses on generating a qualified sales pipeline and collaborating closely with Account Executives in a well-established sales process.
This position provides significant opportunities for interaction with sales leadership, structured coaching, and a clear advancement path into closing roles. High-performing BDRs can expect to progress into Account Executive positions as the team continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality sales leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Engage with inbound leads and qualify opportunities for Account Executives
- Schedule discovery calls and assist in early-stage deal development
- Maintain precise CRM records and activity tracking
- Work in close partnership with Account Executives and sales leadership to refine messaging and target strategies
- Continuously enhance outreach strategies and messaging effectiveness
Qualifications
- 0–2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles; experience in B2B SaaS is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with prospective clients and adept at handling objections
- Driven by competition and motivated by performance metrics
- Eager to learn and grow within a high-performance sales environment
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Denver
