Job Purpose
The Business Development Team Leader – Freelancers will play a pivotal role in constructing, guiding, and expanding a high-achieving team of consultants dedicated to onboarding freelancers to the Nawy platform. This position is essential for positioning Nawy as the go-to marketplace for freelancers, while fostering growth, enhancing performance, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build, lead, and manage a dynamic team of Business Development Consultants focused on freelancer onboarding.
2. Mentor and develop team members to ensure peak performance and uniformity in goals.
3. Establish clear KPIs and targets for the team, tracking performance meticulously.
4. Support consultants in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier freelance professionals.
5. Assist the team in negotiating and finalizing deals with freelancers and brokers as necessary.
6. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key freelance communities, agencies, and partners.
7. Represent Nawy Partners prominently within the freelance ecosystem.
8. Communicate and negotiate competitive commission structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
9. Contribute to the overarching strategy and expansion of the freelancer vertical within Nawy.
10. Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market penetration.
11. Generate weekly performance reports regarding freelancer onboarding, deals, and revenue contributions.
12. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and team effectiveness.
